I am honored to be able to teach and share meditation, yoga, and chanting
practices. My great meditation master, Traktung Khepa Rimpoche once asked me,
'what is the Heart of your practice?' From that moment I have
lived to answer that question. The Heart is taking more and more responsibility
to do practice, to serve, and to share."
